Rector Aktekin Visited Families Waiting For Their Children at YKS
Prof. Dr. Semih Aktekin, the rector of Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University (NEVÜ), visited and gave books as gifts to the families of the candidates who attended the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS ) exam that was held in all Turkey at the weekend.
Rector Aktekin, who spoke to the families waiting for their children that took the exam at the Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University campus, informed the families about NEVU and its facilities and stated that they would be pleased to see their children as students at their university. Rector Aktekin, giving the families Ord. Professor Dr.Ali Fuad Başgil's book titled 'Head to Head with Youth' to be given to their children after the exam and some documents containing information about NEVÜ and various gifts; conveyed his wishes for the success of the candidates.
The families, who said that they were very pleased to be visited by the rector Aktekin and that they had conversations with him and they also expressed their gratitude by stating that they were also happy to be given such a meaningful gift.
